Our waffles start Liege with rich, buttery, dough filled with imported pearl sugar and Brussels with yeast-leavended Housemade batter. Unlike American breakfast waffles, Liege waffle has Pearl sugar that caramelized as it cooks, creating a sweet, golden outside and a chewy, vanilla-laden interior. Brussels waffle has its unique rectangular shape and deeper pockets and its very crispy on the outside and light on the inside. Wafflejack’s waffle is made-to-order and served warm from our cast-iron waffle press. Imported from Belgium these presses give the perfect texture and finish.
